The food is quite good, the setting is nice, and relaxed throughout. The service on the restaurant side is quite good. However, the service on the bar side is not. If you’re going there with the expectation of eating in less than two hours, eat in the dining area. If time and service are not of concern, the bar also has a nice atmosphere.

I’ve been to Shenanigan’s several times over the last few months. They have some GREAT fish tacos that I was really loving!! The service is always a little spotty. The hostess always seems to be a little snotty. We usually sit in the bar so we can get in and out for lunch. Except it never seems to happen that way…....I guess Shenanigan’s has a laid back approach, even at lunch. But, I could live with that if the fish tacos were so darn good. Well this last time they were so overcooked and flavorless, I could barely stomach them!! I was so disappointed. And then mad at myself for not complaining and getting something else or getting them right. But shouldn’t the cooks know they were serving something horrible? It’s been almost a week and I’m still disgusted! Don’t know if I’ll be back…..

We ate here a few months ago as a gift for our anniversary. The restaurant was slow and so was the service. The soup and mashed potatoes were very cold, yet the steak was over-cooked. During our dinner I witnessed one of the cooks taking off his chef jacket in the open kitchen. (very tacky!!) This place hasn’t been good since the remodel. Won’t be back!!
