Frappuccinos, blended mochas, moolattes, coffee granitas…all misnomers. Really we should just call them what they are: sugary, coffee flavored milkshakes! But aren’t they grand? Cool and refreshing. I always convince myself I’m drinking frozen coffee, instead of slurping a liquid dessert. I hear there are fewer calories this way.
When it comes to sugary, coffee flavored milkshakes the Costco Restaurant offers the best deal around. For a mere $1.35 they serve up a 16 ounce cup of cool and creamy coffee goodness. Sure it comes pre-made out of a machine, but the Costco Restaurant’s formula is miles ahead of the powdered mess which usually spills out of gas station granita machines. The Costco Restaurant also adds a sweet extra touch by coating the inside of the plastic Solo cup with Hershey’s chocolate. Bonus points to Costco Restaurants with outside eateries! Sometimes I just want the frozen coffee, not thirty six rolls of toilet paper.

I don’t care if you were born and raised in a four star French restaurant; anyone who does not find joy in the “Costco Restaurant” has to be clinically dead. The pizza is great and so is the berry smoothie and berry sundae. The star of the show, however, is the chicken bake, or as it should be called, “God’s Gift to Man.”

It has the bread. It has the cheese. It has the bacon. It has the caesar dressing. Does that sound wrong? I would imagine so, and it is wrong on so many levels. Some might even call it as awful as the Hamburger Helper, and I would have a hard time arguing against that. Yet the fact is that this is sinfully good. The flavors just work so well together. Like magic.
Pair it up with a berry smoothie, and baby, you got yourself a meal going.

Hey, I love those chicken bakes. Its one of those things you eat and then want to take a nap afterwards.

Hey just think about it this way. You have to be a member to eat there, let alone shop there. So even if it’s greasy fast food and hot sausages it still has that exclusive not-everyone-can-eat-here feel.
hahahah
And also I love the pizza, greasy and downright American but huge and cheap.

You’ve neglected to mention the hot dogs. Costco’s 1/4 pound frankfurter is the best you’ll find in this part of the world. The bun is always just soggy enough and they provide excellent sweet relish and onions to top it. All of this, plus a drink for $1.50.
Plus, as Collin said, it’s an exclusive place. Just tell your friends that you’ll be “dining at the club” tonight!

I agree with all of you!! They are the kings of hot dogs, polish, pizza’s of varying toppings, not to forget the chicken bake, and those little cinnamon crusty things.
Just remember tho, you can get in just to get a great lunch as well, without a membership.

Its all about the dogs. You can not find a better deal than $1.50 dog and soda. These are also the same prices for the last 20 years. I have had the pizza as well and its not bad for the price.
