Yes :-) Sara's review (Feb 5th 2007)

A lot of people like to complain about the non-authenticity of certain Mexican restaurants and would probably say the same about Azteca, but I don’t see the problem if you like food and it’s a price you want to pay. I’ve only ever eaten at the Valley location, but I can’t say that I have ever had bad service. I’ve had some mediocre food, but also some really great food. Probably my favorite is the veggie fajitas with the rancho beans and white rice. My husband likes to get the steak quesadilla, and we both like that it’s so much food that our daughter can share with however much she wants and we still have enough leftover to eat a whole later meal. The salsa served right away is also always good. Is it the best restaurant ever? No, but it certainly should not be ruled out.

Valley Mall location:

Azteca is one of my favorite happy hour food locations. For $3.50, they have four happy hour appetizers to choose from in the cantina. I like the tostadas, which are fried corn tortillas topped with beans, your choice of meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Trust me, this is meal size, not appetizer size. Their tacos are equally as good.
